What are your peak hours like?

Peak times are Monday through Friday, 6:00–8:00 AM and 3:00–6:00 PM. Want to beat the crowd? Use your 24-hour keyfob to visit during off-peak hours. Your keyfob also grants you access to our upstairs training area and sauna, which are available around the clock!

Do you offer personal training for beginners?

While we don't offer direct personal training, we provide proven workout programs for our members. These are evidence-based routines designed to help you train effectively and see real progress on your own terms.

Is there parking available?

Yes. Convenient parking is located at the rear of the building, providing direct access to our main entrance.

Is the gym actually open 24 hours?

Yes! We offer 24-hour access for members with a commitment of three months or longer (including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans). To get started, there is a one-time $20 activation fee for your personal keyfob, which grants you total flexibility to train on your own schedule.
